Training Courses

The PREMA® programme consists of various modules that can be combined and adjusted according to the specific needs of the company. All PREMA® training courses aim at achieving a triple-win for companies. The clear benefit is that companies become motivated to reduce their negative environmental impact while also enhancing their economic rewards.

The modules span three to five days as standalone training or in combination, as a six-month training programme. The core concept of all PREMA® training courses includes the Non-Product-Output approach for analysis and Cycle of Change for implementation.

The participants – mostly from the middle management - learn to appreciate the sustainable effects of the Cycle of Change on their improvement measures in production. Frequent company visits and network meetings with the participants facilitate the continuous implementation of identified measures.

PREMA® provides interactive and implementation-oriented trainings that are conducted by qualified and licensed trainers. The training can be conducted in many languages; this includes German, English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese and Thai.
