PREMA has been successfully applied in the tourism sector. The housekeeping and maintenance departments are the target group for a successful implementation of an efficient environmental management in hotels. Managers and Engineers together assess their own hotel, analyse shortcomings and develop improvement plans with the support of PREMA trainers. This interactive and implementation oriented approach enables participants to continue the newly implemented management processes after the training is finished.
